The SUBWAY® Card Program
The SUBWAY® Card is an electronic spending/gift card that is now available and can be purchased in any amount between $5 - $500 at participating SUBWAY® restaurant locations. SUBWAY® Cards are reusable and reloadable so money can be added to SUBWAY® Cards at any time, making them a convenient way to pay for SUBWAY® restaurant menu items.
SUBWAY® Cards can be used at most SUBWAY® restaurant locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The SUBWAY® Rewards Program
Some participating SUBWAY® restaurants have adopted the SUBWAY® Rewards Program, which replaces the old Sub Club® stamps program. Under the Rewards Program, customers earn one (1) point for every dollar spent on SUBWAY® restaurant menu items. The points can then be redeemed for free menu items. Points are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar, prior to sales taxes.
Rewards Points are automatically calculated and added to your account at the time of purchase. You must present your SUBWAY® Rewards Card at the time of purchase in order to earn Points. In the event the SUBWAY® restaurant location is unable to load Rewards Points onto your card due to technical issues, you may mail in your receipt to have them added.

SUBWAY® Card Terms
This SUBWAY® Card is issued by Value Pay Services LLC and may only be used for purchases at participating SUBWAY® restaurants. The available balance will be applied toward your purchase. We can only replace remaining balances on lost, stolen or damaged Cards if your Card is registered online at www.mysubwaycard.com, and proof of purchase is provided. This Card never expires; we do not charge any fees of any kind. Not all SUBWAY® restaurants participate in the Rewards program and may not offer point accumulation or redemption. Reward points expire after 36 months, unless stated otherwise by us. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
