What is the SUBWAY® Card Program?
The SUBWAY® Card is an electronic spending/gift card that can be purchased in any amount between $5 and $250 at participating SUBWAY® restaurants locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. SUBWAY® Cards are reusable and reloadable so money can be added to SUBWAY® Cards at any time, making them a convenient way to pay for SUBWAY restaurant menu items.
Where can I use SUBWAY® Cards?
SUBWAY® Cards can be used at participating SUBWAY® restaurant locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. SUBWAY® Cards can also be redeemed online at the SUBWAY® Mini-Digital Store managed by Openbucks
If I forget my SUBWAY® Card and want to make a purchase, can I use my phone number, driver’s license or personal ID to make a purchase?
No, not at this time. SUBWAY® Cards require the same level of security as credit cards as they contain cash balances. Accordingly, we currently require that Cards be presented at the time of purchase.
Is there any charge for using my SUBWAY® Card like cash?
No. This is a no-fee service that is offered to SUBWAY® customers as a convenient way to pay for their favorite SUBWAY® restaurant menu items.
Do cash balances on SUBWAY® Cards expire? Are there fees or penalties if I don't use my card frequently?
Cash balances on SUBWAY® Cards do not expire nor decrease over time due to non-use, nor are there any fees or penalties for dormancy. Occasionally special Promotional SUBWAY® Cards that do have expiring balances are distributed on a limited basis; however, these cards are clearly marked as such with the valid start date and the expiration date on the front of the card.
Can I still use my Sub Club® card?
No. The Sub Club® card and stamps program is an older program that has been phased out. Some participating SUBWAY® restaurants replaced the old program with the new SUBWAY® Rewards Card Program. Ask your favorite SUBWAY® restaurant location if they are participating on your next visit.
Some participating SUBWAY® restaurants have adopted the Rewards Program, which replaces the old Sub Club® stamps program. Under the Rewards Program, customers may earn one (1) SUBWAY® Rewards Point (“Rewards Point”) for every dollar spent on SUBWAY® Restaurant menu items. The Rewards Points may be redeemed for free menu items. Rewards Points are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar, prior to sales taxes. If not used, Rewards Points expire 36 months from the date they are earned, unless prohibited by law. Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash.
Earned Rewards Points are automatically calculated and added to your account at the time of purchase. You must present your SUBWAY® Card at the time of purchase in order to earn Rewards Points. In the event a SUBWAY® Restaurant location is unable to load Rewards Points onto your card due to technical issues, you may mail in your original receipt(s) to have them added.Receipt(s) from SUBWAY® Restaurants participating in the Rewards Program must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Receipt(s) received after 90 days will be considered expired and not eligible. You may submit one request form with multiple receipts. Rewards Points will be awarded only for purchases for which the original receipt has been provided. Copies will not be honored. To submit original receipts, complete the Request Form for Rewards Points and mail it, along with your original receipt(s), to the address provided on the Request Form

What is a SUBWAY® Card PIN used for and where do I find it?
A SUBWAY® Card PIN is used to help identify you when talking with customer service representatives or checking account information by telephone or on our website. It can be found by scratching off the silver box located on the back of the SUBWAY® Card.
How do I check my balance(s) and activity on my SUBWAY® Card?

Do I need to purchase another SUBWAY® Card if I use up the amount on the Card?
No. The SUBWAY® Card is reusable and reloadable so you can add money to the existing Card at any time and use it as a convenient method of payment in participating SUBWAY® restaurant locations.
Can cash balances from two cards be combined onto one card?
If you have more than one SUBWAY® Card with cash loaded on them, you can merge the balances from one Card to the other, provided that all cards have been registered under the same profile at www.mysubwaycard.com, and provided you are merging two or more of the same card type (example: Cash Card to Cash Card, not Cash Card to Rewards Card or vice versa). Limitations on reloadability and maximun Card balance may apply.
Can I get cash back or a refund if I have a SUBWAY® Card dollar balance?
To comply with legal policy, SUBWAY® Cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.If you are eligible for cash back as defined by your state laws, you can obtain a refund at a participating SUBWAY® location or follow these steps to have your SUBWAY® Card balance refunded:

Why should I register my SUBWAY® Card?
By registering your SUBWAY® Card you can help protect the balance remaining on your Card if it is ever lost or stolen. Additionally, once registered you are eligible to receive special promotional offers unless you have chosen to opt-out of receiving these offers. Register online.
In some participating Rewards Markets, registration is required. Fields for registration include: first name, last name, SUBWAY® Card #, PIN #, phone number, zip, date of birth and a valid e-mail address. See SUBWAY® Card Rewards Program Terms for additional details about the Rewards Program.
If I register, will my privacy be protected?
My SUBWAY® Card was stolen, what do I do?
Cash and Rewards cards should be treated as CASH. Unless the card is registered at www.mysubwaycard.com, we will not replace the points you may have earned or the cash value on a lost card. If your Card is registered, we will freeze the remaining unused balance and a replacement Card will be issued.To freeze the remaining unused balance on your SUBWAY® Card, call the SUBWAY® Card Help Line at 1-877-697-82221-877-697-8222 and select Option 0 at the main menu. After the SUBWAY® Representative freezes your remaining balance, print out the Replacement Request Form, and mail the completed form along with the original purchase receipt to:
A replacement card will be issued for the lost or stolen cash card within 2-3 weeks after the completed form is received.
My SUBWAY® Card is damaged and unreadable, what do I do?
If your SUBWAY® Card is damaged and unreadable, you can have your balance transferred to a new SUBWAY® Card at your local SUBWAY® restaurant or if your SUBWAY® Card is registered at www.mysubwaycard.com, SUBWAY® will freeze the remaining unused balance and a replacement Card will be issued.To freeze the remaining unused balance on your SUBWAY® Card, call the SUBWAY® Card Help Line at 1-877-697-82221-877-697-8222 and select Option 0 at the main menu. After the Card Representative freezes your remaining balance, print out the Replacement Request Form, and mail the completed form along with the original purchase receipt to:
A replacement card will be issued for the damaged cash card within 2-3 weeks after the completed form is received.

How long will it take me to receive my order?
Most orders received during regular Eastern Time Zone business hours will be processed within 48 hours. Normally, orders are shipped via Fed Ex. Other shipping methods are also available. Ask us for further details.
What are my payment options?
ACH transfers are the preferred method of payment. We will also accept a credit card or company check. Please note that your order will not be processed until the check has cleared.
Will I need my Federal Tax Identification Number?
Yes. We require a Federal Tax ID number, to verify your business status.
What is the return policy on Corporate Sales?
SUBWAY® Cards can not be returned for refunds.
Do cards come with envelopes?
SUBWAY® Card envelopes are available for purchase along with your SUBWAY® Cards.
